These high-quality 2-piece combination wheel adapters are designed to convert a 4-lug 4.5" (114.3mm) bolt pattern to a 5-lug 5" (127mm) bolt pattern, allowing you to mount Chevy C10, C1500, Blazer, Jeep, and other 5x5" wheels on early model Mustangs and a range of popular import vehicles.

Made from CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum, these adapters provide superior strength and long-lasting durability.
